ALLWIN
INDUSTRIES was started in 1992
at Ahmedabad with a modest beginning of
small trollies for transport of beams and
cloth rolls in weaving section for various
looms operations.
Now since introduction of hydraulic system
for lifting operations various trollies
has been manufactured for transportation
and loading / unloading of beams,
cloth and heald frames in loom sections.
So far till mid of 2005 almost 350
hydraulic trollies has been manufactured.
The range of products are include trollies
for bottom beams (empty or full),
trollies for carrying heald frames
and beams to-gether, special high
position top beam lifting for terry
towels, velvets or other fancy
fabrics looms done comfortably. Cloth
roll trollies are in three executions;
one for large batch trollies suitable for
batch winders, other for cloth doffing trolley
in small alley, the third one is for wider
width cloth roll trolley. Some
of the specialized applications like top
& Bottom warp beam with harness frames
mounting are also undertaken.
The trollies are capable of handling up
to 3 Tons of beam weight and about 4 to
4.5 meters long trollies for large operations
are also manufactured.
Company is certified under ISO 9001
: 2000 with the team of skilled
engineers and designing section to cater
to the needs of the industry in transport
equipments weaving mills.
The developments are in-house and
customized as per specific requirements.
Company is participating in INDIA –
ITME and other national level exhibitions
since 1996.
