There are four rollers fitted at front side which are physically lowered or raised by trigger lever built in handle bar, at the time of loading and unloading. At the time of carrying beam four rollers remains steady and vertically rolling on floor.

Sturdy triangular shape supports are fabricated lengthwise across the trolley which holds the beam flanges at the time of transport. Both the triangular supports are spaced in a such a way that when the beam is resting on ground the triangular supports easily goes underneath the beam flanges and lifts up the beam with the help of hydraulic operation.

Back end of the trolley is fitted with hydraulic unit along with handle bar which has also built in hydraulic cylinder. Two guiding wheels of UHMW (Special Synthetic Material) are fitted with a pair of ball bearings. All the moving parts which are under load are fitted with suitable sizes of bearings. In all there are fourteen nos. of bearings fitted in the trolley which makes very easy and comfortable movements.

WORKING OPERATIONS

The operator pushes the trolley underneath the beam and lifts up the beam completely with the help of hydraulic operation over triangular supports. The triangular supports are locked with the help of cross rod connected to triangular supports at the end and pulls the trolley for transportation. At the time of unloading the operator releases the trigger lever which drops the beam from triangular supports on the ground.
