Low built, compact, narrow width trolley fabricated from steel plates and angles supported by four guide wheels at four corners, turning 3600 for easy movements of forward and sideways direction. Half round pan is placed in centre and upper position is connected to lifting levers and hydraulic cylinders for raising or lowering the beam when loaded on barrel.

Back end of the trolley is fitted with hydraulic unit & hand pump which is connected to one hydraulic cylinder in centre. Trolley is fitted with fixed handle bar in one side to push and pull the trolley for movements.

All the four UHMW (Special Synthetic Material) wheels are fitted with a pair of ball bearings. All the moving parts which are under load are fitted with suitable sizes of bearings. In all there are sixteen nos. of bearings fitted in the trolley which makes very easy and comfortable movements.

WORKING OPERATIONS

The operator operates the lever of the hydraulic pump at rear side of trolley which lowers or raises the half round pan. The pan is lowered to take up the empty beam underneath of beam barrel to lift the beam and operator pushes the trolley by handle bar to transport at required place. When the hydraulic valve is released pan is lowered and the beam rests on flanges on floor.
