Both
the pairs of wheel have been fitted
in specially designed mechanism
which maintains the level of trolley
even on rough and uneven surface
of floor. Both the pairs are self
aligning by the unique
design due to the facility of turning
3600 as well as vertical angle of
wheel to suit floor level
Two steel fork shaped lifting arms
are fitted on lifting shaft and
carriages on both sides which are
movable and adjustable as per main
barrel length and can be raised
up or lowered by hydraulic lifting
cylinder and chain arrangement.
Both the pairs of wheel have been

Two Solid vertical rectangular pillars
are fabricated in the centre of
the trolley which has arrangement
of two carriages hold the top
beam and harness frames.
Top beam loading / unloading movements
are done by two hydraulic cylinders
and harness frames by a separate
cylinder. Top beam is supported
by two fork shaped lifting arms
connected to hexagonal lifting shafts
and two cylinders.
Harness mounting device has folding
and expanding livers hold the frames
to load and unload on loom. Harness
mounting device is strengthened
by extra shaft all along
the trolley and connected with sprockets
and chains on both side for easy
and smooth lifting of carriages.
This mechanism also works as counter
balancing device and keeps in control.
Two solid steel fork shape lifting
arms at bottom are fitted on hexagonal
lifting shaft which are movable
and adjustable as per bottom beam
barrel length and can be firmly
locked once adjusted.
One end of the machine is fitted
with two hydraulic units
& hand pump which is connected
to five hydraulic cylinders on both
side of trolley. Both side handle
bars are provided with swivel
block & bearings for turning,
pushing and pulling the
trolley for transport.
All the six UHMW wheels are fitted
with a pair of ball bearings. All
the moving parts which are under
load are fitted with suitable sizes
of bearings. In all there are fifty
two nos. of bearings fitted in the
trolley which makes very easy and
comfortable movements.
WORKING
OPERATIONS
The operator operates the lever
of the hydraulic pumps at
rear side of trolley which
lowers or rises the lifting arms
to take up or place the top &
bottom beam on floor or on loom.
The trolley can be pulled by one
operator on either side of handle
bars connected to swiveled bearing
and assembly which steers the wheels
in the direction.
