Low built, compact, narrow width trolley fabricated from heavy duty angles and steel plate structure is supported by four wheels (two guide wheels turning 3600 at ends and one heavy duty tilting wheel fitted in front centre of trolley the fourth one fitted in backside but in centre of trolley turning 900 as the driving direction of trolley changes).

All the four wheels are made of UHMW material (Special Synthetic Material) and fitted with bearings. Tilting wheel is in centre of trolley has been attached to a specially designed mechanism which tilts the wheel vertically to give excess to a lifting arms so as to go underneath of loom. Simultaneously supporting legs are also lowered and rollers of the legs rest on floor to maintain the balance of trolley and load of cloth roll.

Harness mounting device is fabricated in the centre of beam trolley with two solid vertical rectangle pillars perfectly in machine and fitted with two carriages which is operated by separate hydraulic cylinder. Harness mounting device has folding and expanding levers hold the frames to load and unload on loom.

Two fork shaped lifting arms are fitted on the main lifting shaft is operated by hydraulic cylinders on both sides.

Back end of the trolley is fitted with hydraulic unit and hand pump which is connected to one single hydraulic cylinder in centre. Trolley is fitted with fixed handle bars in centre at convenient height to push and pull for movements.

All the UHMW wheels are fitted with a pair of ball bearings. All the moving parts under load are also fitted with suitable sizes bearings. In all there are 32 bearings fitted in trolley which makes easy and comfortable movements.

WORKING OPERATIONS

The operator operates the lever of the hydraulic pump at rear side of trolley which lowers or raises the lifting arms. As the arms are lowered to take up the warp beam the narrow legs are also lowered simultaneously and the guide rollers are resting on floor. When the beam is loaded on the lifting arms trolley can be pulled back and raised. The tilting wheel also takes vertical position simultaneously and the trolley can be moved in the alleys. The fourth wheel also changes the position as per direction of trolley.
